Jet Fan Gaurd (3d printed)

-Mounts to a 50mm fan
-Uses M4 screws
-Find it on Thingiverse

Now the bolt goes, had to make the holes bigger and print a second one, used the hole size for a different fan the first time

Spool and repairing threads (3D Printed)

The blue thread has been glued on to repair the bad thread that was there

Assembled

Bad thread, the slicer settings not set right

Close up

This is what the thread should look like, slicer settings were modified for the improvement and a similar solid model that had a better design for printing was used

The repair begins, removing the thread

Installing new thread with hot glue

Installed and glued

All done. It disassembles so new filament can be installed.

Find on Thingiverse, this is the best one i found so you don't have to repair the thread like i did.

Threads

Threads can be difficult to print, so when they go together its cool

Assembled

Here is how the assembly happens

The part is actually a spool holder and i'm making test prints for the threads, once the threads are good to the slicer settings then i'll print the whole spool out.

2017

Time travel is possible, i was in 2016 and now... It printed it all at once and when i took it off the printer it started spinning, its a time machine i think.
